Monsoon rains are my favourite,
It is just exquisite!
Raindrops on leaves,
As on my sleeves.
Pitter patter on the pavement,
And motorbikers making sudden movement.
Children dancing in the rains,
People drinking coffee, leaving stains.
Snakes slithering around!
Paper boats floating in the shade of brown,
Snails wriggling on the street,
And the School closing down was the ice cream treat!
