The Tiger's Esse

                                                         Bang! I heard a gunshot!

Outside I looked and saw the Tiger,

beautiful it was with stripes and spots,

walking like a liger!

They might be a carnivore, but live in our ecosystem,

wonder why hunters kill them, even though they are our gem.

Isn't it sad, why so few are left?

We ought to save them, not kill and make a dramatic theft.

They eat prey, and balance the amount of animals in the jungle's bay.

Mothers' maintain ecological harmony, and should not be made to struggle,

their cubs are adorable, and look like they constantly want snuggles.

Stop poaching, stop making, stop buying their rugs and scarf,

or hunting them like fish at the fisherman's wharf.

Save our tigers, save their nests,

if you love them, don’t treat'em like pests.
